DESCRIPTION

Each unit will be independently legible from West 18th with the buildings terracing naturally with the falling grades to the west. To create private outdoor space for each unit and take advantage of the views to the skyline, the design proposes small private rooftop patios for each unit.

UNIQUE FEATURES

An effort has been made to position rooftop patios away from the streets and the side yards to soften the presence and maintain privacy. Vertical plantings have been proposed on the roof deck to prevent overlook into the neighbour's yards.
